tech 360 added to my plan without authorization

--Hi I have noticed a charge on my AT&T bill for tech 360 I have spoken with Vonda from 360 and she has cancelled the services for me. I never approved for the charges of

$90.00 plus tax $6.08 they have been on my bill since June 2019. Vonda stated that the steps to get refunded was to email you. Paying $96.08 a month for tech support is not something that would I would approve especially just having DSL. Also the email that tech 360 has for me is incorrect


Please refund me $1,249.04 total with taxes for 13 months.

I received a response back saying that my request was denied I have been a business customer with AT&T for going on 6 years and always pay my bill on time

and then to realize that At&t has been charging me a $90.00 plus tax Fee 13 months of charges for a service that i did not want or need and would have not agreed to a charge like that. I have never used the service. because I wasn't even aware what it was or that it was even accessible to use. I never even knew what this service was or even existed. until I looked closely at my bill . I don't think that it is business professional to add a service to my plan (that was not informed or agreed upon) that I would not be interested in and expect me to pay. I have spoken to many representatives within AT&T and Tech 360 and they all agree that they can not find where I agreed to have this optional service on my account
