The Auto-Phone for T1 support
I just encounted the new automated phone service on the T1 support line. It is the worst. I had to call 3 times before I found my way through the maze to talk to a human being. Worst business support ever!
The rep was very helpful and I was able to get a ticket open, but my word. IF there was an option to not have to do business with AT&T then we would.
It's past time to break this company up! Again!!!!
