Trying to cancel my Direct tv
So I was paying $80 a month for Direct Tv. I only signed up for the NFL Sunday ticket when I got the service they I told them I would only want it for a year since they will no longer have Sunday Ticket. I was assured it would be good to cancel after a year. I tried to cancel and I was told I was in a 2 yr contract . They couldn’t tell me who my sales rep was the name of the installer that was in my home. Now I get a bill stating my bill is $178 a month . As a single mom there is no way I can pay that and no one will give me any answers on how much to cancel my account . I don’t even watch tv . Like I said only got it for Sunday Ticket . I haven’t been able to pay my bill and now I get a bill stating I owe $352 for 2 months that is ridiculous. All I want is out. What can I do?
