Unable to resolve billing error
I have been trying for MONTHS to resolve an erroneous billing error from a service never received because ATT could not complete the action in our building. I have NEVER seen a worse system of incompetent pass the buck system in my LIFE. ATT uses all these people to solve the problem and you keep getting passed fro person to person. It is just so frustrating. What happened to the good company I once knew?
Please if you can provide help on how to stop ATT from billing me persistently every month for charges that are erroneous please HELP!
