Virtual Prepaid Minutes Access Code and PIN never receieved
I purchased a prepaid minutes card and set it up for auto-recharge at time of purchase. But, I never received the access number and pin via email.
I received a confirmation number for my purchase but the access number and pin never came through. I have checked my junk mail folder as well
The (Phone number hidden) number simply hangs up on you after you request to speak to an operator.
I have tried multiple avenues to resolve, so far no luck.
Please help
