Wireless Service Discount

I was getting a retiree discount on my wireless service. I was urged by Retention Dept to change to Unlimited Data plan and was told that my bill would remain about the same. Lasted 3 months and then went up by $35. Called back and was told my retiree discount had been mistakenly dropped. Fixed it for a couple of months and then discount was gone. New service rep said i need to call retiree discount dept. i tried but no luck How can I get my retiree discount back on my wireless service?

Hi @Ricco48,

Thank you for reaching out. We want to take a closer look into this for you.

In order to best assist, we need to clarify;

  • Did you attempt to re-enroll by yourself for the retiree account
  • What type of unlimited plan are you presently on

You can re-enroll in your retiree account discount by following the steps online. If you need more assistance, please check in at an AT&T store nearest to you.

Let us know if this helps.

it appears that the discount site you sent me to requires an AARP membership, which I do not have. I am on AT&T Unlimited Value plan

Hi @Ricco48

Is this a retiree discount through your company or another organization? With more details, we'll have a better idea of how to proceed.
