I am trying to order new service and I cant even find a phone number to call. You sent me an email with a bad telephone number. The chat doesnt work. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Wireless phone in home will not make or receive calls. Acct #188184287166, Bill is paid monthly no service, it's been over TWO years. In March 2021 connected modem to use computer NO PHONE SERVICE red light is consistent. Last customer service agent sd. 24 hours there would be assistance, this was 144hours ago???? Should we call channel 4 regarding poor public service, HELP ME HANK ATT is charging but refuses to give service?
