Anira Global Network Client Error303

I have a user reporting he lost the power at his home while working remotely and after that when he started back up his machine and tries to connect to the AT&T VPN it gives him:

"error 303 -your user id is currently being used "

He just has the option now to connect to it, not disconnect, but most probably what happened is when the power went down and he didn't disconenct from the VPN the system thinks that he is still connected somehow and this needs to be resolved.

Thanks for the advice, but I was hoping the Biz Community could provide solutions and I would not need to sit on hold with the service desk again.
