Cannot connect to VPN

I am using AT&T Global Network Client to connect to the VPN but for some reason get rejected.

I tested my RSA code at https://www.e-access.att.com/src/RsaProvisioningServlet?submenu=EU:SH and it works fine - which means my PIN code and Passcode are correct.

I am using PIN/PASSCODE authentication with the following versions:

agnc - 9.7.4.3002

RSA - 5.0.0.292

Any ideas?

BTW, in the past, the AGNC used to automatically identify the RSA app and only ask me for the PIN. Has this changed?

Hello,

Yes, if RSA SecurID Token is installed on your machine the AGNC should detect it.   Please open the AT&T Global Network Client, click on Settings, Login Properties and select the Preferences tab. Check Override defaults and under When Connecting see if Prompt if a  third party credential provider is installed is checked.  If not, please check and try the connection again.

If it still fails, please send us the support logs to review.   Open the AT&T Global Network Client, click on Help and Create Support Log.    Select Upload, fill out the form and submit.

Thank you.

Thanks but the checkbox was already checked but it still doesn't work...

BTW, I cannot submit the logs cause I need a Ticket ID. How do I obtain one?
