Can't connect with MacOS 10.15.6 Catalina and AT&T Global Network Client 2.2.0

Good morning,

the client staying forever in "Settings downloaded, completing connection" and the button Connect is grayed out with the rolling icon.

In the log the last row of the log says:

"Class = SmrsManager : Processing SMRS cache"

I can't work from home, please help me.

Customers experiencing connectivity or password related issues can engage via Business Direct or
800-727-2222 option 3 then 1
AVTS/ANIRA/GCS/RAS or TSS T1.5 products 800-727-2222 opt 3, opt 3 & enter in pin 83145
Can also call 800-255-4288 opt 1, then opt 5 and request to speak to a Manager
