Client 10.2.1.1709 installation interuppted
Trying to install AGNC 10.2.1.1709 on a Surface X. Running Windows 10 1909 BUild 18363.1049. It keeps saying install interuppted. have rebooted a number of times, AGNC doesn't show in control panel. I can upload the log if needed.
