Client wont start up

Hi there,


My client won't start at all. I get the following error message from Event viewer:

Any idea on who to make this stop and work again. I don't have admin rights to my computer.

Are you able to access the logs through NetHelp.exe?


Right click on Start and open Windows Explorer.
Go to  Computer -> System (C): -> Program Files -> AT&T Global Network Client -> NetHelp.exe

Open NetHelp.exe and click on Gather Logs
