Error 243 SSL protocol negotiation failed

Can you please help me to get resolve the issue :

 

I am not able to connect to At&T network at client place some setting is being missing .

It's being working fine for my other colligue so it's not related to client network issue ,

I switch to IPSecfrom SSL does not help

 

Pls find enclosed the log

We are looking into this.    In the meantime,  are you able to switch to IPsec and connect?

If your location is not blocking IPsec this should work.

 

Open the AT&T Global Network Client,  click on Setting and Login properties..  Under network services click on Configure and hit next until you get to Network.   In the dropdown box change from SSL to IPsec.

Hello, the logs show something on this LAN Nework is blocking  your VPN Traffic.

 

Please provide the below link to the local IT Staff. Refer to Appendix C on all ports, IP etc...requirements to allow VPN Traffic to route properly.

Same setting is being working fine for my other colliugue . This issue is occuring only to me

So network team has suggested to look for your own coniguration it's not realted to LAN network

 

Pls advice how should i proceed further .

Hello, it is possible your peer is on a different subnet at that location.  Please have the local IT staff ensure all the required IP's and Ports are opened (per the link provided) for the connection you are on to thier Network.  Can you confirm you can connect to AGNC at other locations such at your home broadband and/or WiFi hotspots?

I'm work at IBM but recently the VPN not working and I don't know why. when I try to access appears the following message "SSL protocol negotiation failed" 

 

Please, could you help me...I need to fix ASAP because I couldn't work today.

Hi AT & T Team,

 

I'm working at IBM and I could not connect to IBM Intranet network today via VPN.

 

The error is "Error 243 SSL protocol negotiation failed" even i changed to IPSec as I read from this website.

 

Kindly help to check my case, thank you very much. Attached file is the customer support file exported from my laptop for your reference.

I've just successfully connected to IBM VPN network 5 minutes ago. No need to invest on this case any more.
