error 243 ssl protocol negotiation failed
Getting this error when i connect my Laptop to Mobile Hotspot connection.
while i use my wireless broadband connnections, applications get stopped with the error like unable to connect to server.
Please Help

My avaya and IBM Notes application has intermittent connection due to AT&T VPN connection, i have to reconnect it, and application get run, however it get disconnected again in few minutes.
