Fraud Credit Account

I searched this 11 at T mobility and figured it comes from AT&T what the (Edited per community guidelines). I’ve never had AT&T account I don’t know where this is coming from my provider has always been T- mobile. I just also checked my credit because I’m looking to make a big purchase like a car and get a school loan and this came up. Can see from the comments that this a serious fraud scam coming from AT&T.
