HBO MAX subscription not working
Access to HBO Max through ATT has "expired" even though I have an unlimited phone plan. Have not gotten any straight answers or resolutions after a week of talking with "customer service" I am VERY disappointed in the way ATT is handling this. I also have TV service through ATT NOW. How can i gain access to my HBO MAX?

The service shouldn't expire so long as you don't change your plan. How long have you had this service? Did you make any changes to your plan? Please provide additional information regarding this issue, and let us know what changes you've made if any.
