Help With a Ticket Desperately Needed - Tier 2 Dropping The Ball, 1st Level Failing Repeatedly As Well

Ticket number is 273424868. I'm on my third call with 1st level support. The second callback from AT&T first level support who couldn't be bothered to read the case notes just came through. In addition to the problems noted in my ticket the client software isn't able to generate support logs. Evidently your second level support people see there are no logs and just keep sending the ticket back to first level. The first level guys either aren't documenting what's happened in the 60 plus minutes I've spent with them on the phone already or aren't bothering to read the notes and pushing back to second level like they should. Could you please contact second level management immediately and have their people review the ticket and make at the very least a minimal attempt to do their jobs and fix the problems your software is inflicting on my computer.
