I have land that I am willing to lease or sell to any company that would put up a cell tower that would service our area because we live in a dead zone area we cannot access internet or satellite TV due to the dead zone.
A tower is badly needed in our area. my kids can't even get on the internet to do their school work we can't even watch a TV show on because there's no satellite services or Internet service within our area unless you want to pay skyrocketing prices it's ridiculous I have the land for a tower . That I would be willing to lease or even sell we just need help in our area I wish AT&T Verizon or anybody that could help us out due to the dead zone we could be able to access satellite TV and internet.
Thanks for your time and help if you know anyone or any companies that would be interesting and leasing my land or buying it please contact me

I own one of the highest points in Green Twp/ Gallia County Ohio. There is only a local internet provider in this area. . This spot would greatly expand the internet service in Gallia County Ohio. From the ridge line you can see power plants 13 miles away. You can also see Rio Grande Ohio. I would like to speak to someone about locating a tower on this property

What is the size of the area needed to put in a tower? 100sq feet? Larger? Smaller?

Hello @netyoda07,
Cellular providers and tower companies will usually need 100'x100' of available space for a cell tower ground lease; however, in some cases, cellular providers might be able to work with a space that is only 300 square feet total area. If you're interested in leasing your property you can email
Releaseadmin@att.com. You will need to provide the following information.
Landowners should include:
Please note: You will receive an email confirmation that their request has been received. You will not receive further responses from the Lease Administration Group unless we are interested in your property site.
Thank you,
