Microsoft Windows 64 bit Support

Microsoft Windows 64 bit Support

Is there a version of the AT&T Global Network Client that supports Microsoft Windows Vista 64bit?

All the AT&T Global Network Client installation packages support:

  • Windows 7 64 bit
  • Windows Vista 64 bit.
There is not a separate installation package for 64 bit installations.

There is no 64 bit support for Windows XP.

Having issues uninstalling laptopconnect on Windows 7 64 bit machines.  Actually disables all network devices.  Has been difficult to get them re-enabled.  Had to delete the ethernet and wireless devices, re add them, and install new drivers.  The wireless is still not working (not able to connect or create a new connection).  None of the wan miniports will work now.  Only connection that we have been able to keep working is the hard wire ethernet connection.  This has happened with all of our 64 bit machines.  Not having the issue on the 32 bit machines.

Which version of the AGN did you have installed when the uninstall caused this issue? Was it the GA vesion or a customized version for your enterprise that was pushed out or installed using a deployment tool?

Thanks,

Shawn
