Packet data not allowed from cellphone

by etlaare » Mon May 10, 2010 7:59 am

When I start the AT&T Network Client together with a cellphone having a bluetooth connection with the same laptop, the cellphone becomes unusable while it keeps reporting the message: "Packet data not allowed". It seems the NC tries to envelope that connection as well.

Version 7.6.3.3012 (IBM - Client)
cellphone nokia 6021

The support log does not seem to indicate any problem or strange situation.

Any ideas how to solve this ??

Hi, I have the same issue as you and even I experinience that the frequency of the appearance of the message 'Packet - data not allowed ' ( 1 message per 8 seconds) causes a lot of energy of my battery. Can you please share the resolution of this problem with me ( if available) ? Thanking you so much . Regards **bleep**
