I am an IBM employee while trying to connect on AT & T global network client, I am getting "please verify that your network adapter is enabled and the vpn client feature has been installed" message.

Windows 10 Enterprise

At&T 9.3.2.3001

I have created logs, how can I et them analyzed by support?
