System sounds won't play after disconnecting client

When using the Version 7.3 client on Windows XP, after disconnecting system sounds would not play.  The process to restore any altered system settings upon disconnect was incorrectly updating a key in the registry that was interfering with the system sounds.  This issue has been corrected in Version 7.3.1.

To correct this issue, upgrade the client to Version 7.3.1.
