Video Interview did not go through!
Hello, I am currently in the process of interviewing with ATT and my first step is to record a video interview and submit it for the position. Ever since I first got the email I have spent a good chunk of time trying to configure my webcam on my laptop to the website but it would not recognize it no matter how much I tried and continously restarted the process. I then submitted the whole video interview via my mobile phone, finished the whole process and it is still telling me I need to record and submit it. I only have until the 24th of December (2 more days) to conduct this but It took a lot of time to prep and finish, and I am not sure it will even work if I try it again. Does anyone have answers to this, I do not want to miss out on the opportunity!
