Hello,

First I would like to confirm what Operating System you are running.
The post states Windows 10 but the log shows

The operating system is  Microsoft Windows 7 x64 6 01 7600 Professional Edition.

Can you please right click on the AT&T Global Network Client icon and select properties.
Select the Compatibility tab and verify that Run this program in compatibility mode is not
checked.

Thank you.

I turned off compatibility mode and got a support log.

Please check this support log up.

The PC I used last time was windows 7.
At that time I was able to connect to the intranet without any problems.

So, as I thought it was a problem with the OS version,

I turned on compatibility mode and tried it, but it was no use.

I have reviewed the logs and see returned error Querying Global Adapter[-1073741811].  Normally when we see these errors, there is usually something preventing the adapter
from being installed properly.

Please uninstall the AT&T Global Network Client, reboot,  disable your security software, install the AT&T Global Network Client, reboot and test the connection again.

Please let us know if the problem persists.

Thank you.

I reinstalled according to the guide but the VPN adapter was not created correctly and I can not connect to the intranet.

But I noticed.
The VPN adapter is temporarily created during installation.
However, when the installation is completed, the created VPN adapter can not be started and is deleted.
Therefore I uploaded a screenshot of reinstallation.
Please refer to this as well.

Hello.
I sent an e-mail to your e-mail address.
However, we can not send e-mail to that e-mail address.
This is because the e-mail address does not exist.

I would like to send Windows logs and screenshots.
Please tell me what to do.
