Windows 2003 Server
What version of the AT&T Dialer do I need to install to work with Windows 2003 Server?
The AT&T Global Network Client is not officially supported on Windows 2003 Server. As detailed in the System Requirements in the Administrator's Guide and the User's Guide, the client is only supported on: Windows® 2000 (SP3 or later), Windows XP (SP2 or later), or Windows Vista.
With that stated, any current version of the client will probably work on Windows Server 2003.
