deleted incoming phone number recovery or incoming call log

I accidentally deleted an incoming call phone number from my cellphone. Is there a way to recover the number or see an incoming call log?

So I went to my portal and cannot find anywhere that I can see phone numbers of incoming calls to the cell phone. Under what category or tab can I find my call details?
