Hello @Bradz3310,

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Business Community. We will be happy to help you. Are you trying to get the update for Android 9.0 Pie? Are you on Wifi when attempting to download the update? We'll be standing by.

Thank you,

Here's some steps you can perform.

Update software

  1. Make sure your device is fully charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Swipe down from the Notification bar and tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to and tap System, then AT&T Software Updates.
  4. Tap Check for Updates and follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.

Verify software update

  1. Swipe down from the Notification bar and tap Settings.
  2. Scroll to and tap System, then About phone.
  3. If the Android and Software versions don't match the current update, perform additional updates until they do.
