Numbersync with Business account

Hello,

 

Having trouble with my galaxy watch 42mm and number sync ever since switching from s10 to note 10. Keeps turning off after I have turned on. and get a text that number sync is disabled. When i log into the number sync website and turn it back on it shows my phone number and has a alert and says add your phone number to this login and then says you have a premier account and directs me to premier site and that's it.
