At&t Reseller ID

Getting our Reseller ID from At&t for the purpose of completing the "hand shake" with Apple Business Manager has been a massive headache. Apple has been awesome, so has JAMF, but dealing At&t customer service, by any any means (call, chat, email) has been about as difficult as potty training my 2-year old. Is there a dedicated team for this? Phone number? How can I get At&t a screen shot of out Apple DEP? Any help would be appreciated.

You couldn't have stated this better. I have dealing with this same issue for (no exageration) 2 years now. I would love to know if you found someone who has a clue and can actually help. All that I am looking for is the ability to order my Apple devices from AT&T and have them arrive, prepared for MDM and not have to manually setup the devices with some sort of 3rd party solution, like Apple Configurator.
