iPhone Voicemail says it's full and it's not

I have an iPhoneX I have called support..reset phone cleared messages and still says voicemail is full. I called support again and the man was such a smart mouth and talked to me like I was stupideI had to hang up on him. I hope someone can help me..totally frustrated and losing business because of it..help!!

I actually got a young lady at Verizon to check my voicemail and fix it for me on a call. Not sure what she did but it works.

You can solve this problem by deleting existing voice mail which you never going to need in future. Follow these steps:

Tap "Phone" and then tap the "Voicemail" tab to view a list of your voicemail messages. Touch the first voicemail in the list and then tap the "Delete" button.
