Ordered iPhone 14 Pro Max - Delayed

I placed my AT&T premier device upgrade order via my company procurement site. AT&T received the order and tried to charge my credit card the same day but my bank declined that charge thinking it's a fraud transaction. I got text asking me if I initiated that transaction and if I did then bank asked me to request the merchant to re-submit the transaction. So, I called AT&T premier immediately and told them about the situation but since then after a week into the order AT&T had not made any traction or progress on my order and it's sitting in their queue in the same status as a week ago. The worst part is when I called their Customer Service, the agents have no access to any information other than the same info which customer can see from orderstatus page. When I ask them to provide something which I don't know they didn't know either. I told them, check with the order processing department and provide me a status for which they said there is no such thing. Backend team works on the order and there is no way to communicate to them. I mean this is Premier Account and this is the answer we get???? I found that AT&T customer service (Edited per community guidelines) and the agents do nothing to help the customers and whenever I hang up the call with them I'm in more misery before I called them. In 8 days I placed 5 calls and still didn't get anything out it.
