Trying to unlock iPhone 6s on business account, saying not able to be unlocked
Hi, I'm actually a rep in a costco and I am trying to help a fellow contracted worker inside the store. He has a business account with ATT and has had it for as long as he can remember. His phone is paid off, yet when we try to unlock it it says that it cannot be unlocked. I saw another article on the forum that directed me to the Att Cares portion of this website and I would be very grateful if we could get a little extra insight into how we can fix it. Either one of us can present the IMEI/Account number/PIN/Phone number for unlock if possible.
