10 quick & easy steps to get your users set up w/ AT&T BusinessDirect®

Give your users access to the applications they need! If you’re an AT&T BusinessDirect company administrator, you can provision your users for an application in 10 easy steps.

  1. From the BD homepage, navigate to the upper-right corner of your screen.
  2. Find your name, click the arrow located next to it, and click Manage Profile.  The Manage Profiles page appears.
  3. Click User Profile to view and modify a user profile.  The options available to your user role appear.
  4. To assign an application to an existing user profile, click Manage User Profiles.  A list of user profiles that you can administer appears.
  5. Locate the profile that you would like to update.  Click the corresponding Actions drop down list.
  6. Click Edit user information to assign a new application.  The Update User Profile page appears.
  7. Update the user details if needed. Then click Next.
  8. To assign an application(s) to a user, select from the list of available applications.  Click Submit.
  9. On the next page, you can view the status of your assigned applications.  Applications available for use will have a checkmark.  Unavailable applications will have a note that says “Provisioning data not entered.”  If provisioning data is needed, select the application and click Setup Application.
  10. The setup page for the application appears.  Select the data you want provisioned for your user and click Submit Profile.

That’s it! Upon successful completion, you will receive an on-screen confirmation message. Click User’s Application Setup to verify that your application is ready.
