Account Manager log-in error

I suddenly am unable to log-in to my Account Manager account (for Small Business).  This is the error message I receive:

LSMB101: At the moment you are not authorized to access the Consumer Account Management site

I have a similar Issue. My user id for 10 years has been my 10 digit phone number ( without decimals or dashes). The new login page takes my user id name and automatically puts decimal points in it and treats it as a phone number. As a result it does not recognize the user name and will not allow me to log in. I was on the phone with AT&T for 2 hours, got shuffled around to 6 different departments, and no one can fix this. Frustrating. I suppose since I cannot login to my account to download my bill, and consequently don't pay,  someone will contact me, and we can maybe get somewhere.

I have been having the same issue and it is a black hole of stupidity at ATT.  They don't care.  They just disconnect your phone for no payment, so I have to pay by phone month after month.  I will give them one more month before I move to the almost-as-stupid cable company.

It took 5 days ,14 hrs trying to find phone number for help on the internet, 6 hrs on the phone with 11 different representatives before I finally found intelligent life in a vast waste land.

My issue was finally corrected. I had to change my user name and associate it to my current account. The rep gave me this Phone number: 877-267-2230. When you enter this world, keep heading toward a "digital" issue, even though the issue is about an analog phone line. When prompted, always choose the "wireless/digital" selection and eventually you will reach a life form. Good luck and may the force be with you!
