Canellation Protect Advantage and refund money

I noticed in the bill that I have been charged for "Protect Advantage for Business for 1 (incl insurance) Tier 4". I would like to cancel it and refund all this money for half of the year when I was charged. I called 611, but I was transferred between 4 people, and the last representative said me, that I need to have PIN number. Please help me to figure out what and how I need to do. Unfortunately, this simple request takes too much effort.
