Card balance

When I make a call the operator says my card balance is 42 minutes. When I go to the website it says my balance is 500 minutes, which should be right because I bought more minutes on January 31, 2020. How can I correct this.

i did answer this. it is for my prepaid calling card. i use it on my home phone.

Lisa, I use my prepaid calling card from my home phone. I'm just trying to find out what my balance is. when I make a call it says I have 47 min. but the website says I have 500 min. which should be right because I bought additional minutes on January 31.
