Card balance

When I make a call the operator says my card balance is 42 minutes. When I go to the website it says my balance is 500 minutes, which should be right because I bought more minutes on January 31, 2020. How can I correct this.

For additional assistance with your prepaid calling card balance, it is best to contact the toll-free 800 number located on the back of the card in order to speak with a representative.

We want to help. We got your email that you still do not have a resolution for your prepaid minutes balance. We apologize for the confusion.

 

Just to test, do you see any changes whenever you make a call and use some minutes both on your online virtual prepaid portal (500 minutes) and your minute balance (40 minutes) on the phone?

And when you added minutes in January, how many did you add?
