Constant Problems with the Business Center Portal

Please provide the contact for someone in technical support who can help me with access and use of the Business Center Portal.  The portal is constantly down and despite trying different browsers the site is unresponsive.  When calling the help line it's not possible to speak with someone; the only option is to leave a message.  I've also sent in a request for access to the Manage Your Account tool and have not received a response.

I was able to talk with someone who informed me that the problems are well known at AT&T.  The only current solution offered is to clear cache and history every time you want to use the portal.  It does help but most people don't want to do that.  I have pretty much given up using the portal at this point.  Amazing AT&T can't figure this out.

Having a similar problem here... I've been trying for over a week to view and pay my bill.  When I click on the bill I'd like to view, I just get an indefinitely spinning wheel that says "Loading, Please Wait" underneath.  I've tried multiple computers, browsers, wifi networks to no avail.  Then this morning I  started being unable to visit the AT&T Business Center as a whole (the landing/login page would not even open).  That's how I ended up here, and fortunately the clear cache/history made the Business Center page accessible again, but still the same issue when trying to view / pay bills!?  This is ridiculous... I am paying $18k/year for a service that is unstable, impossible to troubleshoot, and now I can't even pay for the service...

Hello,

I have the same problem. It's ironic that AT&T wants to better our life with good telephone service when they can't fix their own. I have tried for 3 or 4 days to pay my bill online but the page never loads up or it freezes. Tried speaking to representatives about the issue and they transfer me or give me telephone numbers that are not in service ((Edited per community guidelines)). so frustrating I hope they fix this a.s.a.p.

Pretty much anytime I try to obtain payment information from Buisness Center, this is all I see.  The site is not really good for much in its current state...

Tried two different browsers with cleared cache/cookies and still can't get the info I need.

I am having the same problems.  I can't even get AT&T to give me access to the Business Center Portal for my ADI business account.  The excuses and answers that other business departments have given me about the Contractor who runs the Business Center Portal are all a joke.  It is also a joke that they say to contact them M-F 9am-6pm, but they never answer, only Voicemail with no return calls as mentioned above.

The same issue is ongoing; it is making it really hard to do any more business with att. I am really tired of this poor experience. My Rep can't fix it either
