Does ATT have a complaints department for Small Business Landlines?
I have been trying to do something that is relatively simple using my ATT business account online access. I want to change the email address that the company's bill is sent to. However, after trying endlessly online and after speaking to multiple agents, being transferred around or given wrong telephone numbers and being hung up on, I am working on finding a complaints department so maybe someone will finally take responsibility and FIX MY PROBLEM! I found the private websites that complain about how bad ATT is and I can certainly relate to the stories on them. What I don't understand is how a company stays in business when its customer service is this bad. If there is a complaints department or problems resolution department, please direct me to them.
