enhanced features

Hello all,

 

I am an employee with a delimma, and I seek assistance as the final hours are waining this last day of the month.

My customer is moving locations, the prior admin did not provide credentials for the new admin and as such has not access to the enhanced features.  The customer has BD credentials,but there isn't a link for the EF link to make the call forwarding assignments.  How can I get him this login so he can call forward when they hot cut the service tonight?
