Is there any way to contact AT&T about virtualprepaidminutes card recharging problem?
I have tried 4 times to add minutes to our card. We have less than 30 minutes. The charge shows up on my VISA account as pending, but never gets charged to the account. It is not the bank. I got a window in red print that said "ERROR" in processing. Out bank said it is AT&T that is the problem. I guess AT&T doesn't want our business?
