Need help to cancel a business order
Hello, I'm having trouble canceling my business order. I clicked "cancel orders" on AT&T Business Center, and it always shows "We've received your request to cancel order #ORDLxxxxxxx". After couple weeks the Order status still shows "in Progress". I also made several phone calls to AT&T, every time I was transferred to different department and none of them can solve the problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
