smb.att.com security question

I just tried to log-in to my smb.att.com account. But after I enter my credentials, I see a screen that says that I have an incomplete profile and need to add a security question. But the screen has no clickable areas! How on earth do I add a security question? If I log-in, I always get this same security question screen. 

 

This happens on my Mac, my iPhone, and my iPad. So I doubt it is an OS-related issue. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have the same problem.  At&t has the worse set up for paying your bills.  Multiple web sites.  Different user names to pay different AT&T bills and it doesn't work with certain browsers at different times.  No consistency.

I have having the exact same problem. I can't log because I need to setup a secret question but the system will not allow me to set one up. Password reset doesn't allow me to do that either so I'm basically locked out of my business account.
