VIRTUAL PREPAID MINUTES

After entering my card number a recorded voice says "your card currently is in use". And hangs up.

This has been going on for 48 + hours.

I have checked into it received the recorded message to try again in 15 minutes but of course nothing happens

Tired of the recorded messages!

Can I speak to a customer service rep????
