Express Ticketing support team

Who is the owner of the Express Ticketing application? I have been asked questions about it but I am the HSIA-E product manager. Our Customers are able to USE Express ticketing, but I am NOT able to answer questions about the application. I need a contact, and the web links don't go anywhere, nor is there information on ownership on the documentation.
