How to upgrade Dedicated Internet

I'm trying to figure out how to upgrade my Dedicated Internet. I've called a half dozen toll free numbers, and everyone says they cannot help. I've logged into www.businessdirect.att.com and there are no options there, nor do the contact forms I've tried reach anyone who can help. They all say it's the wrong department. This is nuts : (  Any ideas?
