I have spent several months trying to talk to anyone at AT&T besides contractors.
A sales team approached us with a direct internet line. We had not been able to get AT&T internet to operate any of our equipment in 5 years. The told us that the monthly charge was all inclusive. We could cancel other services such as DirectTV without any added charges. A subcontractor came and did a site survey and stated we would have to rewire our entire building at our own expense. I stated that we would not be interested. We called the salesman numerous times. First the confirmed their understanding that there would be no additional charges. We have seen dozens of emails and made numerous calls without once having an AT&T representative respond. We have records of 3 contractors that contacted us. After explaining the situation, all promised to let us know something. None ever responded. This is the worst performance by any company I have ever experienced in over 4 decades.
