Account Manager Concerns
Like many that have posted on here, we are suffering with an unresponsive account manager. Emails do not get answered for days (and after several attempts) and phone calls do not get answered at all. I have requested my accout manager provide me with contact information of someone else that could possible resolve our issue, but this request has been ignores.
The last contact from my account manager regarding our issue of concern was last Thursday (almost a week ago) and in that email I was promised a phone call. I never recieved this phone call.
