Att Premier Issue Support

I am shocked at how poor ATT Premier Support is. I have called atleast 10 times since I joined and have had no response. This is a business cellphone that should have been delivered 10 days. ago and now i am told they will deliver it to me in a month. I cant believe how pathetic and careless the service has been. I am hoping someone in the forum will care enough to reach out to me, as it stands I will cancel and move our business to Verizon.

6 years later, and I am having the same problem.

Have called once a week, transferred for over an hour to multiple depts, NOT ONE department seems to be able to transfer me to Premier Business support, let alone understand my registration issues.
