Cannot shop on my att premier

I would like to see about adding a smartwatch to my premier business account. I want to see what the cost would be per month but I get the following message...
Our Online system is unable to process your information at this time. To continue with your order call 844-468-0121 or return to your account management dashboard to service your account.
I have been receiving this message for several weeks. Any help would be appreciated.
